Here at Radiance, we deeply value your spa experience and we understand time can be hard to find. With great consideration for our staff, we ask that each guest understands and respects our cancellation policy. We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice (or 72 hours for groups of 3 or more.) for any schedule changes. We also require a credit or debit card number on file to secure all appointments being scheduled. If for some reason you need to cancel your appointment outside of the 24 hour window, charges will occur for the full price of the service(s) that were scheduled to be performed. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, and we thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to seeing you!
