In the past, it’s been recommended to consume at least eight glasses of water per day. While this is a good guideline, your own specific needs can vary based on your health, how active you are, and where you live. Following simple dietary guidelines, such as avoiding excess alcohol or sugar intake, can be beneficial for skin as well.
