Frequent Guest Program: Radiance offers Spa credit points for each service you purchase when you sign up for our frequent guest program. Each service is assigned a designated number of points and will be credited to your account upon payment. You can receive discounts and special offers just for taking care of yourself! It's our way of saying thanks to our customers. Points are good for services only and are not transferable. Referral Program: Radiance rewards patrons for spreading the good word. For every new client you refer, you will receive Spa credit points (good for services only). What to wear during a treatment: When you arrive at the Spa, you will be given a locker key, a luxurious robe and a pair of slippers for your use while visiting the Spa. If you are enjoying one of our body therapies you may bring a swimming suit from home or a disposable one will be provided for you. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. We ask that you remove all jewelry before treatments. It would be best to leave jewelry at home. When to arrive and when to leave: As a Spa patron, you are welcome to stay at the Spa as long as you would like. Enjoy the relaxation room, add a steam bath to your treatment, browse through our retail area, check out our reading literature… just make sure to allow enough time before and after your treatment to change clothes and enjoy any of our amenities. If this is your first visit, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment so that we can get you checked in and familiar with Radiance. Appointments begin promptly. Shower fresh. You are welcome to use the shower facilities to conclude a body treatment. Please request ahead of time to ensure availability. This is your time. In the Spa, silence can be golden and provide a relaxing and meditative atmosphere. If you like chatting, we'll chat. But if you want to escape in silence, we wholeheartedly support you. The important thing to know is that this is your time. We will follow your lead. Quiet, please. Radiance Day Spa is a sanctuary for the body, mind and soul. Due to the tranquil nature of our environment, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off prior to entering the Spa. We have an answering service available if needed. Also, as much as we love children, to maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to the Spa. Groups: Radiance Day Spa welcomes groups and parties. Our facility is a premiere setting for any group function. Events can be customized for any type of gathering, from an intimate group of friends, a wedding or bachelorette party to a business-related function. Product returns or exchanges: We will gladly accept any unopened retail product return for store credit if the return is done within 30 days of purchase and is accompanied with proof of purchase. Scheduling and Cancellations: All will agree: time is our most valuable asset. Advanced scheduling is recommended. All appointments are held with a credit card at the time of booking. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so 24 hours before scheduled time (more for group services) or you will be charged in full for the service. |
